Impossibility of electronic processing

Action against the impossibility of electronic processing

The process of change towards electronic administration has been gradually replacing paper documentation and the processes of presentation of the same through physical records with a digital environment where the managed ones relate to the Administration, in our case AESA, through an electronic headquarters. In this new scenario it is necessary to address those situations in which the manager cannot complete his process in the electronic headquarters to establish alternative ways.

To this end, the following user guide with instructions on how to deal with the situations in which a procedure is being managed with the Aircraft Safety Directorate (DSA) of AESA is made available to the administrators and the process of electronic submission of documents derived from a computer incident in the system cannot be completed. Situations arising from the fact that the manager does not comply with the technical requirements necessary to carry out the procedure electronically will not be considered an incident.
