The service charters are the instrument through which the organs, agencies and entities of the General State Administration inform citizens and users of the services they have entrusted to them, their rights in relation to them and the quality commitments in their provision.
At AESA our commitment to citizens is total and that is why different divisions of the Agency have their letters of service.
