General AESA regulations
The State Aviation Safety Agency has as one of its competences the initiative of the regulatory regulations in the areas of civil aviation attributed to its responsibility, in order to be transferred to the competent bodies of the Ministry of Public Works. (Article 9.k of Royal Decree 184/2008 of 8 February 2008 approving the Statute of the State Aviation Safety Agency).
