Leases (dry and wet)

Applicable procedure for the notification or application for wet-lease and wet-wet approval when they are short-term (less than 6 months) (dry lease), notification of franchise contracts and application for approval of pre-lists for emergency wet leases.

To whom it is addressed

Any natural/legal person who enters into a contract for the lease of registered EC aircraft, or without EC being an intervener, is of Spanish nationality.

Alternate means of compliance

• Resolution of the management of the State Aviation Safety Agency issuing an alternative means of compliance with AMC1 ORO.AOC.110 in accordance with the provisions of ARO.GEN.120 of Commission Regulation (EU) no 965/2012 of 5 october 2012 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures in relation to air operations pursuant to Regulation (CE) no 216/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in relation to the obligations of the competent authority in the approval of wet leases between easa carriers; AN-A-001.
