Aerial work with historical aircraft

The carrying out of aerial work on historical aircraft (see definition in Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council) requires the authorisation of the State Aviation Safety Agency in accordance with the provisions of Law 48/1960 of 21 July on air navigation.
