Operators from other States wishing to carry out air work in Spain

Operators who have submitted a declaration of compliance in another Member State to carry out specialised commercial operations may carry out such operations in Spain without the need for additional authorisation, except in the following cases:

• High-risk specialised commercial operations in Spain: The operator shall apply to the State in which the declaration was submitted for the issue of the authorisation provided for in requirement ORO.SPO.110
• Operations below the minimum heights foreseen in SERA.5005(f):
