Authorisation to make flights below minimum heights SERA

The conduct of specialised operations below the minimum heights provided for in requirement SERA.5005(f) of Commission Regulation (EU) 923/2012 of 26 September 2012 requires prior authorisation from the Aircraft Safety Directorate in accordance with the provisions of Articles 2 5 and 33 of Royal Decree 1180/2018.

Fire-fighting or rescue and rescue operations, to which Article 47 of Royal Decree 1180/2018 applies, are expressly excluded.
