Authorisation for overflights of historic, amateur and experimental ULM aircraft registered in non-EU states
- Application form for aircraft registered outside the EU (OPS-UAH-ITR01-F02).
- Copy of the pilot’s license to perform the flight.

For aircraft registered in other States which do not have a certificate of airworthiness issued in accordance with the provisions of Annex 8 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, Article 5 of that Convention is not applicable and therefore cannot enter the airspace of another State or make stopovers in its territory for non-commercial purposes without the prior authorisation of that State.
For aircraft registered outside the EU, the State Aviation Safety Agency establishes an authorisation regime in which the applicant must submit at least fifteen (15) days in advance:
