ULM ultra-light structure aircraft
- Royal Decree 765/2022, of 20 September, regulating the use of ultralight motorised aircraft (ULM).
- Royal Decree 123/2015 of 27 February 2015 regulating the licence and ratings of ultralight pilots
- Order of 14 November 1988 laying down airworthiness requirements for Motorised Ultralight Aircraft
- Non-commercial aeroplane and helicopter operations;
- General aviation operations with other aircraft.
Article 2(3)(d) of Regulation (EC) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council excludes from the scope of European regulation aircraft which meet the characteristics set out in Annex I to that Regulation.
Excluded aircraft include ultra-light-structured aircraft, or ULM, to which national regulations apply.
