Construction aircraft by amateurs
- Order of 31 May 1982 approving a new Regulation for the Construction of Aircraft by Amateurs.
- Resolution of 15 June 1994 of the Directorate-General for Civil Aviation on: Limitations associated with restricted certificates of airworthiness of amateur-built airworthiness certificates
- Access to the information note on the license required to fly construction aircraft by amateur, issued by the Division of Aircraft Licensing
- Non-commercial aeroplane and helicopter operations;
- General aviation operations with other aircraft.
As in the case of ultra-light-structured aircraft, amateur construction aircraft are not covered by the European regulation because they are one of the types of aircraft listed in Annex I to Regulation (EC) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
In accordance with the foregoing, the operation of these aircraft is subject to the national legislation of each State. In the case of Spain, the specific rules applicable to these aircraft are as follows:
