Implementing legislation

    The following regulations apply to verified aerodromes:

    • Law 21/2003 of 7 July 2003 on Aviation Safety
    • Regulation (EU) 139/2014 of 12 February 2012 laying down requirements and administrative procedures relating to aerodromes
    • Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 July on common rules in the field of civil aviation
    • Royal Decree 862/2009 of 14 May 2009 approving the technical standards for the design and operation of aerodromes for public use and regulating the certification of airports
    • Royal Decree 98/2009 of 6 February 2009 approving the Aeronautical Inspection Regulation
    • Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations
