Directivas de Aeronavegabilidad AESA aplicables a productos No EASA

Se adjuntan a continuación las directivas de aeronavegabilidad NO EASA, que son las directivas aplicables a todas las aeronaves, motores, hélices, componentes y equipos instalados a bordo que se encuentren excluidos del ámbito EASA, bien tanto porque pertenezcan al Anexo I del Reg. 2018/1139, como las que se excluyen del ámbito EASA por su tipo de operación, según el artículo 2.3.a) del Reg. 2018/1139 y que no tengan certificado de tipo EASA.

The NON-EASA airworthiness directives are attached below, which are the directives applicable to all aircraft, engines, propellers, components and equipment installed on board that are excluded from EASA’s scope, either because they belong to Annex I of Reg. 2018 /1139, such as those that are excluded from EASA’s scope due to their type of operation, according to article 2.3.a) of Reg. 2018/1139 and that do not have an EASA type certificate.

Una directiva de aeronavegabilidad es un documento publicado o aceptado por AESA que establece medidas que deben tomarse en una aeronave, motores, hélices, componentes y equipos para recuperar un nivel de seguridad aceptable, cuando haya evidencias de que, de otro modo, el nivel de seguridad de la aeronave podría verse afectado.

An airworthiness directive is a document published or accepted by AESA that establishes measures that must be taken in an aircraft, engines, propellers, components and equipment to recover an acceptable level of safety, when there is evidence that, otherwise, the level of aircraft safety could be affected.

AESA deberá publicar una directiva de aeronavegabilidad cuando:

I. haya determinado que existe una situación de inseguridad en una aeronave a raíz de una deficiencia de la aeronave o los motores, hélices, componentes o equipos instalados a bordo de la misma, y
II. esta situación pueda existir o aparecer en otras aeronaves.

AESA must publish an airworthiness directive when:

I. has determined that there is a situation of insecurity in an aircraft as a result of a deficiency of the aircraft or the engines, propellers, components or equipment installed on board, and
II. this situation may exist or appear in other aircraft.

Las inspecciones, sustituciones, modificaciones y en general todas las acciones contenidas en las Directivas de Aeronavegabilidad son consideradas de obligado cumplimiento tras la fecha de aplicación indicada en su publicación. En caso de que algún producto no cumpla con los requisitos descritos en una Directiva de Aeronavegabilidad, dará lugar a la suspensión de los Certificados de Aeronavegabilidad del producto afectado.

The inspections, substitutions, modifications and, in general, all the actions contained in the Airworthiness Directives are considered mandatory after the date of application indicated in their publication. In the event that any product does not meet the requirements described in an Airworthiness Directive, it will lead to the suspension of the Airworthiness Certificates of the affected product.

Las Directivas de Aeronavegabilidad pueden modificar los términos de la concesión del documento relativo al diseño (Certificado de Tipo, Documento de Definición de la Configuración, hoja de características de la aeronave…) y por tanto la base para la concesión o continuación de la validez del Certificado de Aeronavegabilidad.

The Airworthiness Directives can modify the terms of the granting of the document related to the design (Type Certificate, Configuration Definition Document, aircraft characteristics sheet...) and therefore the basis for the granting or continuation of the validity of the Certificate of Airworthiness.

Las Directivas de Aeronavegabilidad deberán ser aprobadas por la Directora de Seguridad de Aeronaves antes de su emisión.

Airworthiness Directives must be approved by the Director of Aircraft Safety before they are issued.
