It should be noted that in order to obtain a ratification by Spain to the CAT.POL.H.420 approval obtained by the competent authority of a foreign AOC, the operator must submit to AESA the safety risk assessment and the reasons and justification that prevent the use of appropriate performance criteria, on those hostile areas outside a congested area on which the operator plans to carry out operations.
