This procedure applies to obtaining approval as a design organisation (DOA) NOT EASA, outside the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139.

Who is the beneficiary

This procedure is aimed at organisations that design products, parts and appliances outside the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 (NO EASA Aircraft).
