In accordance with section (j) point (G) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020, the period of time specified in FCL.825(c) extends during the period of application of this resolution, until 14 November 2020, and provided that the regular time period ends in that period.

In relation to the implementation of recent experience requirements and in accordance with point (m)(i) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020, recent experience requirements will be extended to the last 32 months

Provided that the regular time period ends in that period, the 18-month period for completing the course of theoretical instruction indicated in Appendix 6(B) IR (H) “Modular flight training course” shall be extended until 14 November 2020, in accordance with paragraph (j)(D) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020.

According to paragraph (j) point (D) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020 extends until 14 November 2020, the period of application of this resolution, the maximum period of time specified in point 3 of Section A bis IR(A) of Appendix 6 “Competence-based modular flight training course”, provided that the regular time period ends in that period.

Provided that it is properly accredited and in accordance with section (h) of EASA Resolution dated 5.5.2020, the validity period of the theoretical knowledge examinations for the issuance of a licence under FCL.025(c)(1) and (c)(2) of the Part-FCL extends during the period of application of this resolution.

According to section (h) of EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020, the validity of the theoretical subjects for the issuance of the licences and ratings defined in FCL.025(c) (1) and (c) (2) of Part-FCL, will be extended until November 14, 2020.

In accordance with section (h) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020, the validity period of the theoretical knowledge examinations for the issuance of a licence under FCL.025(c) (1) and (c)(2) of the Part-FCL extends during the period of application of this resolution. 
 
In this case and for the recording of the IR instrument rating, in accordance with FCL.025(c) (2) if the maximum period of 36 months has expired after 14.3.2020, that period shall be extended until 14 November 2020.

In relation to issues related to the examinations of theoretical subjects, the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) has suspended all electronic examinations of theoretical knowledge, corresponding to obtaining civil aeronautical qualifications, licences and qualifications. This is an extraordinary measure, given the current situation of health emergency as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) and will be in force for the duration of the State of Alarm declared by Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March and its possible extensions. 

The time during which this decision is maintained shall not be taken into account for the purposes of the requirements for the maximum period for passing the examinations. 

Applicants who, having a reserved session during the period in which this suspension is in force, will not be considered as not presented and may attend a future call. 

Likewise, the amount corresponding to the payment of the fee already made will be valid for the presentation in any subsequent call.

Yes, the reference period is extended to the last 56 months, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the Fourth Provision of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020
