ATOs not approved by AESA

Those training organisations (ATOs) that have an approval issued by another European civil aviation authority may enrol their students for the theoretical examinations of EASA, for which they must follow the indications of the following Guide (FOR-EFT-P01-GU03).

In the event that you cannot access this procedure through the Electronic Office you have the possibility to request it through the following Application for Electronic Examinations of AESA of Theoretical Subjects for pilots of foreign ATOs or DTOs and notification of changes (FOR-EFT-P01-F04).

Remember: the documentation received via email cannot be processed by AESA in accordance with Article 16 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In the FAQ section you have described the means to send it.
