Registration and calendar

Consult the necessary information to make your registration, following the indications of the Resolution of July 28, 2025 of the Directorate of AESA that establishes the bases for the development of the electronic examinations of theoretical knowledge for the obtaining of titles, licenses and civil aeronautical ratings.

Enrollment in exams

To formalize your registration in the theoretical exams, you must access the following links where you will find the information corresponding to the headquarters of Madrid:

• Registration FCL-SPL-BPL.
• ULM registration.

Schedule of calls

In the Information Circular you will find the dates of exam calls for 2026, which also includes:

• The headquarters of AESA, open to all applicants.
• The venues granted to those ATOs that have requested it and comply with the requirements indicated in the section New venues for examinations.
• The information for the enrolment of students pursuing their studies in ATOs not approved by AESA is shown in section ATOs not approved by AESA.
