Structure of theoretical exams in Spain for obtaining BFCL and SFCL licenses

Using the requirement ARA.GEN.120 in Annex II to Regulation (EU) No º 1178/2011, Spain has established an alternative means of compliance with the requirements set out in points BFCL.135 BPL and SFCL.135 of Regulations (EU) 2018/395 and (EU) 2018/1976, respectively, concerning the structure of the theoretical tests for obtaining BPL and SPL licences. It has been considered appropriate to adopt a different distribution of the number of questions per exam and the maximum resolution time of these, as indicated in the following Alt MoC, communicating it in a timely manner to EASA and being approved by it.
