How to apply for the PART FCL license - Aircraft

If you are an applicant or holder of a PART FCL airplane pilot license you can request the procedures associated with your license through the formats available for it:

• LIC-FCL-P01-F01: Single application for procedures associated with professional licenses, CPL, MPL, ATPL.
• LIC-FCL-P01-F02: Single application for procedures associated with general aviation licences, PPL(A).

How to submit the documentation to AESA?

In accordance with Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the documentation will be sent to AESA by one of the following means:

• Through our Electronic Headquarters, Licenses and Aeronautical Medicine: General application | EASA Headquarters.

To present the documentation it is necessary to identify yourself through access to the Cl@ve system, through Digital Certificate or electronic ID, PIN Key, Permanent Key and EU Citizens and the e4F system for foreign people.

Remember: the documentation sent by e-mail is not subject to processing.

How to apply for the PART FCL HELICOPTERO license

The helicopter pilot licence may be managed through the EASA electronic headquarters .

How to submit the documentation to AESA?

In accordance with Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the documentation will be sent to AESA by one of the following means:

• Through our Electronic Headquarters, Licenses and Aeronautical Medicine: Licenses and aeronautical medicine | Headquarters AESA (seguroaerea.gob.es).

Oh, note it! Use the specific procedure for managing helicopter pilot licences, not the ‘General Application’ procedure.

To present the documentation it is necessary to identify yourself through access to the Cl@ve system, through Digital Certificate or electronic ID, PIN Key, Permanent Key and EU Citizens and the e4F system for foreign people.
