Information day on the Royal Decree 517/2024 for EASA activities

On 26 June, the AESA UAS division team, in collaboration with the DGAC, held the first information day for all users interested in carrying out EASA operations, on the occasion of the publication in the BOE of the new Royal Decree 517/2024, which develops the legal regime for the civil use of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

During this conference, the participants discussed in depth all the regulatory changes brought about by the new Royal UAS Decree in different areas, such as those related to limitations and restrictions depending on the place of operations, the new UAS geographical areas, the new remote pilot training modality in operations under an operational authorisation or the modifications that affect aerial demonstrations.

In the following section you can find all the presentations used during the day, as well as the complete broadcast of the day. -
