Aerodrome certification according to Regulation (EU)
Exemptions
- Does not manage more than 10,000 commercial transport passengers per year; and
- Do not manage more than 850 movements related to goods operations per year.
AESA may grant an exemption from certification obligation to an aerodrome that:
Aerodromes wishing to request an exemption from the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 shall apply to EASA. In the event that they are granted the exemption, the process to follow would be as defined in the verified Airports section.
