Processing of changes
The introduction of any structural or functional changes to the infrastructure or operational characteristics of the approved installation must be notified in advance to the State Aviation Safety Agency in order to obtain the corresponding authorisation (Art.28 of Royal Decree 1070/2015).
The procedure applies to all installations projects previously authorised by the State Aviation Safety Agency (or Directorate-General for Civil Aviation) and requesting authorisation from AESA for structural or functional modifications or, where appropriate, regularisation of modifications already made.
In each case, the stages of the procedure that are necessary to authorise the change or changes requested will be analysed.
