This procedure applies to obtaining approval as a Production Organisation (POA):

• EASA: within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139
• AESA: The scope of application of Royal Decree No 660/2001

Who is the beneficiary

This procedure is aimed at organisations that manufacture products, parts and appliances:

• EASA aircraft: within the scope of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139.

Spanish companies approved as production organisations EASA (July 2025)

• AESA aircraft: within the scope of Royal Decree 660/2001

Spanish companies approved as National Production Organisations – AESA (July 2023)
