Madrid, 11 August 2025 (AESA)

The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) organizes on September 9 the II National Forum on Track Safety.

The objective of this Forum, which has the participation of experts from different areas of aviation, is to align efforts, share points of view and lessons learned, to achieve the implementation of measures and find the appropriate tools for the continuous improvement of Runway Operational Safety, and minimize the problem effectively.

The safety on the runway and the prevention of incursions has been and is a priority in Spain, in Europe and in the world of aviation for more than 10 years.

In the last two years, an increasing trend of incidents related to ramp safety has been detected, with a rise in relative values and severity, which has promoted the creation of new working groups at international, European and national levels.

The event will be held on September 9, 20255 from 09.00 to 17.00 at the headquarters of AESA (Joaquín Costa, 1)
