Requirements for Passenger Cabin Crew Certificate

AESA puts at your disposal a new fully digital procedure for obtaining your Passenger Cabin Crew (TCP) certificate. The new application, more intuitive and practical, will allow you to obtain your Certificate without leaving our  Electronic Office,  following a simple procedure, with all the necessary documentation in one place.

To obtain the Passenger Cabin Crew (TCP) certificate, the initial training course must be completed and passed in a TCP Initial Training organization authorized by AESA. You can consult the current initial training organizations of TCP authorized by AESA in the list published in the following link of our web section  Passenger Cabin Crew Training.

You can also take the initial TCP training course through an EASA operator with an approved course. In this case, check with your Operator.

A fundamental condition to exercise the privileges of TCP is to comply with the aeromedical requirements, so it is recommended to obtain the aeronautical medical certificate CC before starting the course.

To issue the TCP certificate, you must be at least 18 years old.

The Passenger Cabin Crew Certificate is recognized in all EASA Member States and it is not necessary to change the document to exercise privileges in another Member State.

How to apply for the Passenger Cabin Crew (TCP) certificate

After the training, you can request the issuance of the TCP certificate through the application and documentation instance indicated in it.

Additionally, the training center or operator with an approved course may submit the documentation on your behalf.

The TCP certificate is notified electronically in accordance with the  Resolution of 19 June 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency on electronic licenses for civil aviation personnel

How to submit the documentation to AESA?

In accordance with Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the documentation will be sent to AESA through one of the following ways:

• Through our Electronic Headquarters Licenses and Aeronautical Medicine:  Licenses and aeronautical medicine | Headquarters AESA (seguroaerea.gob.es)
  To present the documentation it is necessary to identify yourself through Access to the Cl@ve system, through Digital Certificate or Electronic DNI, PIN Key, Permanent Key and EU Citizens.

  If you are a foreign citizen and need to carry out procedures at the AESA  Electronic Office,  you can consult the  Guide for foreign users  and all the information related to means of identification and electronic signature.

  In this case you must complete the  Cabin Crew Certificate Application together  with the documentation indicated therein.

Remember:  The documentation received via email is not subject to processing.
