Emergency beacons (ELTs)

Access to the telematics application is reserved for personnel authorised by the holders of an Air Operator Certificate or Special Operator Certificate.

For requests from users other than the above, they must be submitted to the EASA General Register in physical form or via the website. The applicable procedure and the application format are as follows:

The Emergency Aeronautical Beacons Registry records only ELTs. PLBS are not included in the scope of that register
