- EXPLANATORY NOTE TO THE SPECIFICATIONS:
- In the difference observed in the execution deadlines between the Administrative Clauses and the Technical Prescriptions, the 15-week term of the Technical Prescriptions will prevail.
- The references made to the Framework Plan in the Particular Administrative Clauses Statement should always be understood by interpreting the Execution Project by such a plan.
- LAST EXPLANATORY NOTE:
- The maximum execution time of the work is 15 weeks.
- For the purpose of offering the period, using as a unit of measure the month, 1 month shall be considered equivalent to 4.3 weeks
