Aeronautical Easements Map

This map includes, for information purposes, the outlines (red, aerodrome and radio easements); in blue, easements of operation) of the civil aeronautical easements in Spain that delimit the areas where it is required, prior to the execution of constructions, installations or plantations, prior agreement of AESA, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 369/2023, of 16 May, regulating aeronautical easements for the protection of air navigation. Any obstacle located outside such contours does not require prior favourable agreement from AESA unless it has a height equal to or greater than 100 m above the level of the surrounding terrain or water. 

Facilities with aeronautical servitudes that fall under the responsibility of the Ministry of Defense are not shown in this window.
