In the EASA Database, each pilot licence is associated with an identifier of the holder of the licence, which may be: NIF, NIE, identification system of other EU countries and Passport.

This means that in order to view the content of a licence you have to identify yourself with the same identification number as the one in AESA associated with your licence.

The system will not detect the existence of an associated license when it has been identified with an identification number other than that associated with its license. Some examples:

  • The license was issued associated with a passport number and has been identified with a TIN
  • Being a non-Spanish passport holder you have renewed your passport and are using the e4F access associated with your new passport that is not listed in AESA as your new identifier.
  • The license was issued associated with a non-Spanish passport number and has been identified with an NIE

In these cases it is necessary that you make a request so that at AESA we change the identifier associated with your license. To make such a request please refer to the FAQ:

How do I process a telematic request to change the EASA identifier associated with my pilot licence?
