Frequently asked questions

How to prove the dissemination or communication of information to those involved?

Any evidence of dissemination or communication of information must be accompanied by an acknowledgement of receipt, confirming that the recipient of the information has read it.

Corrective actions involving communication or dissemination of information to those involved are not considered to have been implemented without the relevant reading confirmation.

How to unsubscribe a user who is no longer part of the organisation and who has access to the files?

In the event of a representative leaving an organisation or losing his/her representative’s capacity to represent, and is also associated with files of the organisation, it is necessary to notify as soon as possible of this situation via email plataforma.aesa@seguridadaerea.es so that we withdraw access to the files to this representative.

How to express dissatisfaction with the corrective actions proposed by EASA?

Following the evaluation of the proposed corrective action plan (PPAC), we evaluated these actions, implementation dates and managers and issued a corrective action plan assessment report (IVPPAC) accepting, modifying or adding actions, dates or responsible actions.

The inspected person may rely on each of these EASA proposals to modify the measure, responsible or date of implementation.

How to view outdated or rejected notifications?
When to express dissatisfaction with the findings detected during the inspection?

The first inspection report showing possible non-compliances is referred to as the “diligence of inspection actions”, it is at this point that those deficiencies with which you do not agree can be claimed.

It is important to stress that at this stage (DAI) the inspected person is not required to be remedied, so it is not necessary to indicate possible corrections at this stage.

When does the inspection procedure end?

After receiving the possible allegations in the response phase to the diligence of inspection actions (RDAI), we evaluated them from AESA and issued a report concluding the inspection procedure.

When to indicate the corrective actions in place?

Upon receipt of the inspection report, the proposal for a corrective action plan begins.

It is at this stage that corrections should be proposed for non-compliances in the proposed corrective action plan (PPAC).

With regard to comments, no action is required.

When does the inspection start?

First, we will contact the usual interlocutors of the inspected organisation to ask for some prior information necessary for the start of the inspection. With this first contact we also inform you of the planned date of inspection and the scope of the inspection.

Subsequently, when the notification of initiation of inspection proceedings (CIAI) is notified, it is when the inspection is formally initiated.

Where can notifications or communications be accepted or rejected?

After receiving an e-mail with a notice of availability of a new notification at headquarters, you must access the AESA website, Notification by Appearance (https://sede.seguridadaerea.gob.es/comparece), alternatively you can access the Citizen Folder (https://sede.administracion.gob.es/carpeta).

In both cases, access must be made with the electronic certificate of the natural or legal person to whom the notification was addressed.

Sometimes airport inspection is limited to ramp operation and application of the operator’s operating manuals.
