I've lost or ruined my suitcase.

If your suitcase has been damaged or your luggage has been lost, you must make a claim in these cases against the airline, which is responsible for repairing or restoring the damage caused. The airline is responsible for the checked baggage.

If the differences with the airline cannot be solved, the passenger can make a claim through the competent courts.
