The State Aviation Safety Agency (ESA) has published the update of the Transition Guide to European Regulatory Change 2021/2237, as well as the English version on Low Visibility Operations Requirements (LVO), which will enter into force on 30 October 2022. These guidelines take into account EASA’s publication of Decision 2022/012/R, which contains the AMCs and GMs applicable to the regulation. The aim is to facilitate the adaptation of all operators. 

This guide sets out the requirements to which operators must adapt, depending on their type of operation, as well as the actions necessary to be adapted in time to the new regulations.
