Update of the leasing procedure

The revised leasing procedure has been published in order to adapt it to current regulations and to include the improvements detected since its previous update, especially in the management of urgent wet leases for commercial air transport operations. Main changes:

• Update formats.
• Clarifications on the pre-list approval process for urgent wet leases of commercial air transport operations.
• Update of maximum lease periods without registration in the Register of Enrollments (RMAC).
• Adaptation to the current regulations of the different cases in which it is necessary to request approval or send notification.
