Flight Examiner Certificate

En la Guía de Certificación de Examinadores de Vuelo podrás consultar las pautascolocadas por AESA para la tramitación de los diferentes certificados de examinador de vuelo en todas las categorías de aeronave, incluyendo los procesos destinados a su obtención, revalidación, y renovación, así como las acciones a seguir para eliminar restricciones o ampliar de atribuciones.

In the Flight Examiner Certification Guide you can consult the guidelines placed by AESA for the processing of the different flight examiner certificates in all categories of aircraft, including the processes aimed at obtaining, revalidating, and renewing them, as well as the actions to be followed to eliminate restrictions or expand privileges.

If you need the appointment of an inspector from the authority to carry out practical instruction sessions, supervised tests or competency assessments, you must submit to EASA the following instance models:

• LIC-CEX-P01-F44: For certificates in the aeroplane and helicopter categories.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F38: For certificates in the glider category.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F41: For certificates in the balloon category.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F47: For certificates in the ULM category.

You can also apply for your authorization as an experienced examiner through the form LIC-CEX-P01-F50.

Finally, to request any procedure related to your examiner certificate, you must submit the following forms to AESA:

• LIC-CEX-P01-F45: For certificates in the aeroplane and helicopter categories.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F39: For certificates in the glider category.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F42: For certificates in the balloon category.
• LIC-CEX-P01-F48: For certificates in ULM categories.

Remember that the publication of contact details in the flight examiner lists will require the presentation to EASA of the instance model LIC-CEX-P01-F49. This same form will allow you to request the modification or deletion of said data.

Remember: the documentation received via email cannot be processed by AESA in accordance with Article 16 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015 on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In the FAQ section you have described the means to send it.
