Competences of other bodies

You can find information about other rights of users, related to incidents that are NOT included in Regulations (EC) 261/2004 and 1107/2006. Disputes between the passenger and the airline over these rights not contained in the Community regulations must be resolved in the first instance in the consumer authorities of your autonomous community and in the second instance in the courts of law.
