If the issue concerns the management of a travel agency, such as an error in the booking, a cancelled holiday package or a pending refund, Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 does NOT apply.

These claims are processed in the field of consumption and tourism, so you should contact the consumer or tourism authorities of your autonomous community.
