Transfer of FCL license between EASA member states

Transfer the licence to EASA


Requirements

For the transfer of the licence to EASA, the following conditions must be met:

  • It shall contain the radiotelephony privileges.
  • A level of English language proficiency must be available. 
     

The applicant must also request the transfer of all PART FCL licences held by him, corresponding to the different categories of aircraft, where applicable.

Procedure

To initiate the transfer of license to AESA, the interested party must:

  1. Request to the current aeronautical authority the transfer of the medical file to the Aeronautical Medicine Division of AESA.
  2. Access the E-Office of AESA.
  3. Select the corresponding licensing procedure depending on the type of aircraft (aircraft, helicopter, balloon or glider).
  4. Complete the online application and attach the required documentation together with proof of payment of the fee 31ª.

Transfer the license to another EASA Aeronautical Authority


Procedure

For the transfer of the licence to another EASA authority, the data subject shall:

  1. Access the process of transfer of license of the Electronic Headquarters of AESA.
  2. Complete the telematics application indicating the EASA aeronautical authority to which the licence is transferred.
  3. Complete the medical file transfer form.
