Examinations for obtaining an aircraft maintenance licence

NOTICE

Dear Aircraft Maintenance Technicians and License Management Centers,

We inform you that, from January 25, 2025 until February 3, 2025, no application for a TMA license can be submitted through the General Application of the EASA Electronic Headquarters. 

Only in the event that your application is in process and it is necessary to provide additional documentation, it can be sent by this means. 

As of February 3, 2025, applications can be submitted through the new application enabled for this purpose. 
 
We regret the inconvenience and appreciate your attention and collaboration.

What you're after

This process includes the examinations established by Regulation 1321/2014 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts, appliances, approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks, and in accordance with Appendices I, II, VII and VIII of Annex III, Part 66, for obtaining the AML licence and for the lifting of limitations and differences established by EASA among the categories listed in the relevant resolution.
