What you're after
Procedure for requesting authorisation for scheduled commercial air operations over Spanish airspace. Regular operations in general as well as non-regular operations are considered to be scheduled provided that they constitute an obvious systematic series.
All scheduled air operations carried out by air carriers from third countries (non-Community) are subject to this procedure.
And operations carried out by Community carriers as long as they originate or to be sent outside the Community.
