Information on the processing of an overflight permit

Subject-matter

This procedure applies to civil aircraft flying over Spanish airspace registered in a third state (not a member of the European Union) and which do not have a valid Certificate of Airworthiness or a Restricted Aircraft Certificate in force, issued in accordance with ICAO Annex 8.

This procedure applies to civil aircraft which need to overflight the Spanish Airspace, registered in a third countries (non-member of the European Union), and do not have an Airworthiness Certificate or a Restricted Airworthiness Certificate in force, issued according to Annex 8 of ICAO.
