Transfer of FCL license between EASA member states
Transfer the licence to EASA
- With the current Aeronautical Authority of your license you must request the transfer of your medical record to the Aeronautical Medicine Division of AESA
- with AESA:
Requirements:
The licence must be in force and have the privileges of radiotelephony and level of linguistic proficiency in English
You must request the transfer of all PART FCL licenses, in categories of different aircraft, of which you are the holder.
To request the transfer of the license proceed to send us the application format indicated below, duly completed and signed.
- Request for FCL License Transfer between EASA Member States
- documentation indicated for the transfer of licence to AESA. *It is not necessary to provide proof of residence but if you must provide a letter stating the reasons why you want to transfer your license
- proof of clearance of the 31st tariff. Check the amount and procedure for the settlement of fees in Fees | AESA
Transfer the license to another EASA Aeronautical Authority
- Request for transfer of FCL license between EASA Member States (Complete and sign, indicating to which EASA Aeronautical Authority transfers the license. Do not provide additional documentation).
- Request for Transfer of Medical Records (SOLI) (Complete and Sign)
