Application forms on licences, ratings, certificates and language proficiency

What is the single application format?

It is a document by which you can request all the procedures you want to manage related to your pilot’s license, provided that the requirements for each procedure to be requested are met and accredited:

    Among the objectives pursued:

    • The number of application formats is reduced.
    • All the procedures to be carried out in a single register are centralised.

How is the single application format structured?

single application format shall be completed for each category of aircraft you held.

Thesingle application f ormato consists of 6 sections, the first 4 correspond to the application and the last 2 correspond to the completion instructions and documentation to be provided.

    Main structure (application):

It consists of 4 pagesand is the only part of the single application that the interested party has to submit to EASA. This must always be signed (page 4) to carry out the requested processing.

SECTION 1: personal data, contact details and license details.

Section 2, Section 3 and Section 4: procedures you can request. Drop-downs have been used where it is possible to select the type of procedure, although, if desired, it is also possible to edit and write free text in the places enabled for this purpose.

    Annexed structure (instructions):

SECTION 5: instructions for completing the application

SECTION 6: documentation to provide in relation to the procedure or procedures to be carried out.

As a measure of environmental efficiency and paper reduction, the pages comprising Section 5 and SECTION 6 are not to be provided as part of the application.

RECALLS: In order to manage your application as quickly and efficiently as possible, we recommend the following:

      • Submit documentation as soon as possible.
      • Collect and provide all the documentation required for each requested procedure. In this sense section 6 is edited in such a way that it can serve as a check list to check the documentation list.
