Aeronautical certificate part med – My medical certificate lapl expired on March 13, 2020, can I qualify for the exemption?

The exemption measures applicable to the extension of the period of validity of the aeronautical medical certificate shall apply to those medical certificates valid on 14 March 2020, whose ordinary period of validity expires before 31 July 2020 and which are additionally not subject to the limitations defined in section (b) of the EASA Resolution of 5.5.2020
