AESA informs the process for applying for USSP and CISP certificates under the U-space concept

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has published on 21.12.2022 Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material to support the harmonised, safe and efficient implementation of U-Space in the European Union. 

This publication enables the certification of U-space service providers (USSPs) and Common Information Service Providers (CISPs), which will ensure the safe and automated integration of drones into U-space spaces to enable a high number of operations, especially in low-altitude airspace. 
 
The State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA) reports the publication on the website of the application form together with the corresponding questionnaire for the demonstration of compliance with the certification requirements as a USSP or CISP supplier.
