Daniel Cantalejo de la Mata
Born in Madrid in 1975, he is an Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has been a career officer of the Corps of Aeronautical Engineers since 2005.
He began his professional career working as an air navigation consultant at INECO in the area of Aeronautical Systems, CNS. In the Ministry of Public Works, he has worked in the DGAC and subsequently in AESA since the creation of the DGAC. Since 2007 he has been Head of Operational Engineering Service, participating in national oversight activities of air operators as well as aeronautical training organisations with flight simulators (FSTDs). Responsible for the FSTD programme of the Spanish authority since 2011.
He is the current president of the Association of State Aeronautical Engineers (ACIAE) integrated in FEDECA.
