D. Miguel Ángel Gómez Tierno
Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Doctor of Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Astrophysicist from the Complutense University of Madrid and Master in Space Engineering from International Space University, Toronto.
He has been Consultant of the Group of Flight Mechanics, S.A. and in the Technical School of Aeronautical Engineering (ETSIA) of the Polytechnic University of Madrid has been Professor of the Area of Aerospace Engineering Knowledge, Secretary, Head of Studies and Director of ETSIA. President and Vice-President of the Technical School of Aeronautical and Space Engineering (ETSIAE) and Vice-Rector of Students and EU of the Polytechnic University of Madrid since 2016.
He has also worked on various lines of research, including: Atmospheric and Orbital Flight Mechanics; Flight simulators; Guidance, Navigation and Control of Aerospace Vehicles; and Optimisation of Pathways.
