• Resolution of 11 December 2020 of the State Aviation Safety Agency, establishing that the management system for air navigation service providers shall be a mechanism equivalent to the safety management system for providers AIS and CNS within the framework of Royal Decree 995/2013 of 13 December 2013.

• Resolution of 22 October 2020, of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency, amending that of 3 December 2019, laying down the basis for the development of electronic examinations of theoretical knowledge, for obtaining pilot licences (FCL) in the categories of glider and balloon.

• Resolution of 22 October 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency on the electronic issuance of medical certificates for civil aviation personnel.

• Resolution of 02 October 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency, amending the deadlines for the exemption granted by Resolution of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency of 2 April 2020, in accordance with Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, for the completion of type training and OJT necessary for the inclusion of a type rating in an aircraft maintenance licence, in relation to the situation created by the global COVID-19 coronavirus crisis.

• Resolution of 7 April 2020, of the Directorate of Airport Safety and Air Navigation, of the State Aviation Safety Agency, certifying compliance with technical safety standards and authorising the opening to traffic of the aerodrome of the Vid de Bureba (Burgos), in compliance with Article 48 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment.

• Resolution of 2 April 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency issuing exemption, in accordance with Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, for the issuance of airworthiness review certificates, as well as for the completion of type training and OJT necessary for the inclusion of a type rating in an aircraft maintenance technician’s licence, in relation to the situation created by the global COVID-19 coronavirus crisis.

• Resolution of 1 April 2020 of the Director of the State Aviation Safety Agency, agreeing to continue certain administrative procedures affected by Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March 2020 declaring the state of alarm for the management of the health crisis situation caused by COVID-19.

• Resolution of 24 March 2020, of the Directorate of Airport Safety and Air Navigation of the State Aviation Safety Agency, certifying compliance with technical safety standards and authorising the opening to traffic of the aerodrome of La Gineta (Albacete), in compliance with Article 48 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment.

• Decision of 18 March 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency, issuing exemption, in accordance with Article 71 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, for the extension of the validity periods of licences, ratings, flight crew certificates, instructors, examiners, aircraft maintenance license holders and air traffic controllers, as well as an alternative method of compliance in accordance with the provisions of Aro.Gen.120 of Regulation (EU) 965/2012, for the reduction of the minimum advance notice required in the publication of quadrants of crew activities, in relation to the situation created by the global COVID-19 coronavirus crisis.

• Resolution of 18 March 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency, establishing extraordinary measures on the provision of the service of electronic examinations of theoretical knowledge for the obtaining of civil diplomas, licences and aeronautical ratings, in relation to the state of alarm declared by the government and the measures taken by the health authorities on containment of the COVID-19 coronavirus.

• Resolution of 10 March 2020 of the Directorate of the State Aviation Safety Agency, which extends that of 16 December 2016 on the conduct of electronic examinations of theoretical knowledge to obtain civil aeronautical certificates, licences and ratings, laying down the basis for their development.
