• Resolution of 3 August 2018 adopting acceptable means of compliance for RPAS operations

• Resolution of 25 July 2018, of the Directorate of Civil Aviation Safety and User Protection, of the State Aviation Safety Agency, certifying compliance with the technical safety standards of operational safety, according to Royal Decree 1070/2015, of 27 November, approving the technical standards of operational safety of aerodromes of restricted use and authorising the opening to traffic of the aerodrome of La Caminera (Ciudad Real), in compliance with Article 42 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment.

• Resolution of 20 July 2018 of the Director of Safety of Aircraft, which publishes on the website of AESA the relationship of suitable or unfit in the theoretical examination held on 21 and 28 June 2018 for obtaining the license of pilot of ultralight aircraft.

• Resolution of 11 July 2018 of the Director of Aircraft Safety publishing on the website of AESA the list of qualifications of the theoric exam held on June 26, 2018 to obtain the pilot license LAPL(S)/SPL in the category of glider.

• Resolution of April 26, 2018, of the Directorate of Civil Aviation Safety and User Protection of the State Aviation Safety Agency, certifying compliance with the technical safety standards of operational safety, according to Royal Decree 1070/2015, of 27 November, approving the technical standards of operational safety of aerodromes of restricted use and authorising the opening to traffic of the heliport of Camposagrad (León), in compliance with Article 48 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment.

• Resolution of 28 March 2018 of the Director of Safety of Aircraft, which publishes on the website of AESA the relationship of suitable or unfit in the theoretical examination held on February 22 and March 1, 2018 for obtaining the license of pilot of ultralight aircraft.

• Resolution of the Director of AESA establishing the requirements to be able to obtain the specific certificate that grants the attribution of in-flight instructor for those new categories of ultralight aircraft that are introduced in the Spanish state.

• Resolution of 26 March 2018, of the Directorate of Civil Aviation Safety and User Protection, of the State Aviation Safety Agency, certifying compliance with the technical safety standards of operational safety, according to Royal Decree 1070/2015, of 27 November, approving the technical standards of operational safety of aerodromes of restricted use and authorising the opening to traffic of the El Moral airfield (Badajoz), in compliance with Article 48 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment.

• Resolution of 5 March 2018 of the management of the State Aviation Safety Agency approving an alternative means of compliance with requirement ORO.FC.230(b) of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October in relation to the performance of operator proficiency checks on single-pilot helicopters for certain commercial air transport operations.

• Resolution of 2 March 2018 adopting acceptable means of compliance for RPAS operations.

• Resolution of 1 March 2018 (BOE 76, 28/03/2018) extended by the resolution of 16/12/2019 (BOE 21, 24/01/2020) in relation to aircraft exemption in Annex 1 to CO 16B (expired on 31/12/2021).
