Frequently asked questions

In accordance with the requirements guide, there is no deadline for completing the course.
The only established deadline is the need, after having taken the first sitting of the exam, not to exceed six months in order to take the second sitting.

The on-line mode will have the duration established in the annex attached to its approval for this training. At the end of this period, the course must be returned to the face-to-face mode until the end of the course. This situation applies both to courses started in the on-line mode and those started in the classroom mode.

The application for online theoretical training must be signed by the site manager. In case the sites have the same manager, one application and specifying the schools in which the online training is requested would be sufficient.

Once the organisation obtains approval for online training, it will apply to courses already started and to those notified during this period, with the organisation having to revert to face-to-face training in both cases when instructed to do so.
