The validity date of your SET LAND and/or SET SEA examiner certificate will be the same as the one currently on your certificate.

To practice in the rest of the variants covered by the SET rating, you will need to check that you meet the requirements set out in the FCL.915 b).

No, your privileges as an instructor are limited to the variants for which you have completed the differences or familiarisation course, as appropriate, once you meet the requirements set out in FCL.915.

  • a commercial operation, other than commercial passenger balloon transport, with more than four persons on board the aircraft, the pilot shall hold at least a valid Class 2 medical certificate;
